Overview
PropAdmin gives real-estate teams one place to run their entire operation: live performance numbers, system health, and every workflow from listing verification to payment disputes.
The Challenge
- Scattered spreadsheets meant nobody trusted the numbers.
- Fake and duplicate listings were slipping through manual review.
- Payment failures needed faster, clearer action tools.
The Solution
Built a Laravel-powered console with a live operations dashboard, role-based user management with 2FA, a document-verification queue (ownership deeds, tax certificates, utility bills) with AI-assisted duplicate detection, transaction ledgers with one-click actions, plus full audit logs and a support ticketing system.
