Overview

Buyers drowned in outdated listings while agents juggled inquiries across scattered chats. This marketplace gives buyers smart search and map browsing, and agents a real workspace.

The Challenge

Listings had to feel fresh and trustworthy.
Agents needed inquiries in one pipeline, not five chat apps.
Search had to be fast on mid-range phones.

The Solution

React Native buyer app with smart search, map browsing and favorites, plus an agent workspace with CRM pipeline, viewing scheduler and inquiry chat — all on Node.js REST APIs with media-rich listings.
