A complete property-management ecosystem: landlords list and verify properties, tenants track rent, vendors handle maintenance tickets, and admins see everything — all in real time.
The Challenge
- Four user roles needed four different experiences on one backend.
- Rent tracking and document verification had to be bulletproof.
- Maintenance requests needed a clear vendor workflow.
The Solution
Flutter mobile apps on a Node.js REST API with MongoDB, Firebase real-time notifications, role-based dashboards, property listings with document verification, rent payment ledgers and a vendor maintenance ticketing system.
