Overview

Riders faced unreliable pickups and hidden fares. This three-sided platform makes every trip transparent — from fare estimate to drop-off — while giving drivers a streamlined way to manage requests.

The Challenge

Real-time location had to be accurate and battery-friendly.
Fares needed to be transparent before the trip started.
Safety tooling was non-negotiable for both sides.

The Solution

React Native rider and driver apps plus a dispatcher admin panel on Node.js REST APIs — real-time GPS tracking, transparent fare estimates, in-app payments and a trip safety toolkit, shipped after multi-device QA and a staged rollout.
